Remember to let the ice sit in the glass before use to avoid cracking. We recommend to take the ice out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

Morning delivery (pre-12pm) available to select at checkout.
We deliver ice on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
You can choose your preferred delivery day at checkout.
The cut-off time for placing orders is 12pm:
Orders placed after 12 pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.
Orders placed after 12 pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday.
Orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will be shipped the following week (unless you choose Saturday delivery at checkout).
By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that someone will be home to receive the package and store ice in the freezer.
Your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.
You will receive a notification with 1 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.

Due to the nature of ice products, we do not accept refunds if you miss the delivery, or if the ice melts while left at the safe place or with a neighbour.
If your ice doesn’t arrive in a perfect condition, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Please contact us as soon as possible and remember to include some photos of the damaged product.
