Not really! We have 42 years of experience in the industry, and our ice is manufactured in the most innovative ice plant in Europe. Our crystal clear ice from the Diamond Collection will make any drink a truly special experience for a few reasons: It makes a difference. The type and quality of your ice can make a big difference in how your cocktail tastes, and much of that comes down to science. The shape and size of your ice impacts how quickly it melts and how much water gets into your cocktail. That’s why it matters whether you use big rocks, standard cubes, or crushed ice. It's extremely slow melting. A large cube melts more slowly than a small one. Oversized ice reduces the contact surface area, minimising ice melt and therefore dilution of the drink. This allows you to chill your drink to the optimum temperature without compromising on aroma or flavour. It's crystal clear. We use only pure, UV-filtered water and hand-cut our large cubes from raw ice blocks. This meticulous process eliminates mineral content and air bubbles, yielding perfectly clear ice that won't introduce unwanted taints or residue into your drink. It just looks really cool. A good drink deserved the perfect ice. Your guests won't be able to stop posting about your bar on Instagram!

You probably added your ice straight from the freezer! Ice Club products look their best when they're taken out of the freezer 10 minutes before adding to a drink - they need to ‘acclimatize’ before use. If they are added to drinks having just been taken from the freezer, there is a high chance of internal cracking (which can also look amazing! But this may not be the desired effect.)
